Easy Bean Spread with Walnuts
- 1 can pinto or kidney beans (1 1/2 cups)
- 140g (1/2 cup) hot salsa
- 30g (1/4 cup, 10 halves) chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 Tbsp. chopped parsley.
Place the walnuts in a food processor and pulse until they turn into a course meal. Add the garlic, pulse again and then add the remaining ingredients. Pulse until the spread has the consistency of hummus.
