Tofu Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz. silken firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice syrup
Directions
Combine tofu, mustard, salt and cayenne
in food processor and spin until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides
once if necessary. With the machine running, add the vinegar, lemon juice and
rice syrup. Chill.
