Cream of Spinach Soup

"I'm strong to the finish, cause I eats me spinach..." - Popeye.

Ingredients

• 1 pound organic, raw spinach (leaves and soft stems only)
• 1 small avocado
• 2 cups water
• 1 small onion
• 1 stalk celery
• juice of half a lemon
• sprig of mint
• sprig of dill

Directions

Blend and serve.
