Windows to His Soul

Look into his eyes,
You'll see he has a soul.
Such wisdom is conveyed,
More than most dogs know.

Look into his eyes,
You'll see a warm heart there.
The nature of an angel
With lots of love to share.

Look into his eyes,
You'll see a longing for fun.
Nohing more does he cherish
Than taking a spirited run.

He looks into my eyes.
I see devotion and trust
In the eyes of my best friend.
The dog I love so much.
