Animal Protection Institute	A national animal advocacy which mission is to advocate for the protection of animals from cruelty and exploitation.
Animal Rights: The Abolitionist Approach	A website by Professor of Law Gary L. Francione. It's mission is to provide a clear statement of a nonviolent approach to animal rights that (1) requires the abolition of animal exploitation; (2) is based only on sentience and no other cognitive characteristic, and (3) regards veganism as the moral baseline of the abolitionist approach.

FARM	FARM (Farm Animal Reform Movement) is an educational organization advocating a plant-based diet and humane treatment of farmed animals through eight grassroots programs.
Farm Sanctuary	U.S. organization operating farm sanctuaries and campaigning to stop exploitation of animals raised for food.
Friends of Animals	A non-profit, international animal advocacy organization, incorporated in the state of New York since 1957. They work to cultivate a respectful view of nonhuman animals, free-living and domestic. Their goal is to free animals from cruelty and institutionalized exploitation around the world.
Fund for Animals, The	Uses education, legislation, litigation and hands-on care to protect animals from cruelty. Primary emphasis is on advocating and providing sanctuary for wildlife.
Kinship Circle	Generates letter campaigns to legislators, businesses, media and other institutions linked with animal cruelty and protection issues. The Kinship Circle website is a tool for activists.
Meatout	Aims to expose the public to the joys and benefits of a plant-based diet, while promoting the availability and selection of meat and dairy alternatives in mainstream grocery stores, restaurants and catering operations.
Mercy for Animals	Mercy for Animals (MFA) is a non-profit animal advocacy organization that believes non-human animals are irreplaceable individuals who have morally significant interests and hence rights, including the right to live free of suffering. MFA is dedicated to promoting nonviolence towards all sentient beings through public education campaigns and demonstrations, undercover investigations, and open rescues.
PETA	People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is an international nonprofit organization educating policymakers and the public.

SHARK	SHARK (Showing Animals Respect and Kindness) is dedicated to ending the abuse and suffering of animals everywhere.
United Poultry Concerns	Dedicated to the compassionate and respectful treatment of domestic fowl.
