I found this book as a beginner baker and it got me instantly addicted to making cupcakes. The title drew me in because what’s not to love about the idea of cupcakes taking over the world? The first step I took toward world domination was the chai latte cupcakes, a recipe I’ve gone back to frequently. The recipes in this book are very step-by-step and provide an understanding of how to make a really good cupcake. The cupcakes from this book are a great way to gain a loyal following so you can win that presidential election you’ve been gearing for since elementary school. People always get excited when I walk into a room with cupcakes and the cupcakes from this book have never been a let down.
So I stumbled upon this book one day when I was looking for a
birthday present for a vegan friend of mine. Now, every time we have dinner
parties together (about once a week) we try a new cupcake recipe and each one
keeps getting better and better! I am not a vegan but absolutely adore if not
prefer the cupcakes in this book to the ones I make using eggs and dairy
products.
If you have a sweet tooth, I cannot recommend this book enough.
Okay, this cookbook is dangerous.
You start off with the basic yellow cupcakes. Oh, hey, those are good.
Then, you try the chocolate. OMG, these are incredible!
Then, you move on to the Cappuccino Cupcakes filled with Espresso Creme. and
that's it. You are in Heaven, and you are addicted.
Warning... vegan does NOT mean no sugar. These are loaded with it.
Use organic sugar, anyway :)
Easy to make, delicious, and the frostings are even more amazing...
