I admit, I haven't tried the recipes in this book, so I am basing my review on how the book is set up. .
The book never specifies the measuring system being used. The dry ingredient
measurements are given in ounces and grams. Is there a difference between a British ounce and an American ounce?
There is no index in the book, so I have no quick reference.
There is no glossary, so some of the ingredients are stumping me. Courgette? Demerara sugar? Muscovado
sugar? How much is in a sachet of yeast? It would be convenient to have a glossary in this book for non- British readers unfamiliar with those terms. .
I will say that I'm pleased to know there is a cookbook devoted to vegan baking!
