PETA:

We’ve included something for everyone in our newest cookbook, The PETA Celebrity Cookbook, a colorful compilation of Hollywood’s most scrumptious vegan recipes, including Jackie Chan’s Corn Chowder and Alicia Silverstone’s Steamy, Creamy Artichoke Dip. You’ll also find recipes by some vegan icons and celebrity activists.

Nice Extras:

Reviewer: Gloria from Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A.:

The" Peta Celebrity Cookbook" is a good book for people that like to cook but don't like having to deal with fancy smancy ingredients like sundried tomatoes and the like. I always appreciate it when a cookbook has recipes that are easy to understand. The book itself has a good layout with celebrity photos and quotes and animal rights facts, though at times the quotes tend to sound a bit coached. The recipe that I enjoyed the most was the recipe for "the Sweetest Truffles" which were a smashing success when I made them for Easter dinner with my family.
