This book is a gathering of some of the BEST vegan baking recipes that I have
seen. I have made quite a few of the recipes in this book and they have all been
a huge hit at pot lucks and family holiday gatherings as well as treats to take
to share with co-workers. She has a wonderful chocolate mousse made with silken
tofu that I make a pie with, using mint creme filled Newman's Own sandwich
cookies for the crust. I have made it about 12 times or more and everyone raves
about it.
Her recipes are very simple and easy and SO tasty - and healthy (as healthy as
baked goods can be). Colleen fills the pages with helpful tips and hints as well
as suggestions for making the recipes your own.
