This is a classic -- one that I use over and over again,
especially for holiday and entertaining recipes. The mini appetizer calzones are
one of my all time favorites, and a sure hit even with meat-eating friends!

I love this cookbook, especially the Renaissance pizza recipe. It is the only vegan pizza that I have ever had
where I wasn't thinking "This is good, but it would be great with a little cheese." It was already great!
I also loved the recipes for Tofu Swiss Steak and Hungarian Cabbage Rolls.
The recipes are very healthy and use little oil. Veggies are cooked lightly.
