There is not a single recipe I have made from this book that was less than absolutely & divinely delicious; even the simplest recipes taste amazing.

This is one of my all-time favourite cookbooks... and I have three bookshelves full of them! If I was buying a vegan cookbook as a gift for a non-vegan, this is the one I'd give to the world.
