Nice Extras:

Reviewer: Jennifer from Washington, U.S.A.:

This is my favorite cookbook ever. I used it so much that the spine broke and now it’s in two pieces but that doesn’t stop me from using it! The Sweet and Sour Tofu with Vegetables is one of the recipes I really love. For dessert nothing beats Joan’s grandmother’s cake. It so moist and chocolaty you don’t even need frosting! The Apple Cobbler is yummy too. I use the pancake recipe almost every Saturday morning. It’s a great cookbook and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it too.
