This is my favorite cookbook by far! It's a thin book but packed with great recipes that use simple and easy to find ingredients. You just can't go wrong with anything you pick. My husband and I first discovered the book while eating in the actual diner. We've had no problems recreating their fabulous dishes and desserts at home. Just to name a few of my favorites, I recommend the pasta fagioli, no-meata fajitas, quick salsa, and the diner gravy. If you love cakes and sweets then you'll definitely love the dessert section! Every vegan should own this 'greasy spoon' diner cookbook. Try some of these recipes out on the vegan- doubting-meat-eater-kind. They will be amazed!
