I haven't made loads of recipes from this book, but everything I've tried has been a hit, especially the banana chocolate chip cake (luscious, and good for breakfast!). The baking mix that she gives on page 14 (1 package pureed extra firm Mori Nu plus 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons white vinegar blenderized) can be used to replace eggs in practically any baked good and was worth the price of the book all by itself (especially if you get it for dirt cheap off www.half.com). It saved us from a pancakeless vegan universe. Kudos to Ms. Richmond!
