Some of the authors and publishers have allowed me to post sample recipes of their cookbooks in my Recipe section, which will hopefully be very helpful in considering which cookbook is best suited for you.
I want to give a special "thank you" to the authors that have been so very nice to allow me to reprint one or more sample recipes or that have written a From the Author section for me. If you are an author of a vegan cookbook and would like to either have your book added, to allow me to post sample recipes or write a From the Author, please contact me.

To be able to display the book covers of books not sold by Nelson's Books, I've joined the Barnes & Noble affiliate program.
