The holiday season is here! On this page I've put together some Holiday Shopping Tips. If you're going to spend money, it's nice to direct it towards some great vegan organizations or stores. 	Adopt-A-Turkey Project Adopt a turkey like Cicada (left) to help support Farm Sanctuary. When you adopt a turkey, you will receive a photo of the turkey, an adoption certificate and a Farm Sanctuary membership and newsletter subscription. And if you are lucky, you might be able to visit your adopted turkey one day!		Metamorphosis A beautiful book with poems about animal, environmental and human rights, written by 30 year vegan M. Katz. The poems are accompanied by beautiful colored photographs. A great gift!
	For the Animals Beautiful vegan and animal rights jewelry by animal rights activist Debbie. All proceeds go to her non-profit animal sanctuary, for the Animals Sanctuary, and anti-fur group, Caring Activists Against Fur (CAAF). 	Vegan Message Shirts Since vegans are still a minority group, it's nice to get the message out any way we can. Many vegan stores, including AnimalRightstuff.com, sell message shirts. 	Veganopoly A fun, vegan version of the Monopoly game. Restaurant properties include Non-Dairy Princess, Peaceful Pad Thai and El Taco sin Dolor. And the game includes nice Opportunity Knocks and Twist of Fate cards. You can either buy the game or assemble it yourself by printing all the components through their website.		Hemp Knit Hats 100% hemp knit hats from certified organic European hemp. They come in three styles and many colors.
	PETA's "Vegan" Necklace A beautiful necklace by designer Jason Landver. It's 18" in length and silverplated.		Gift Sets/Baskets by Vegan Karma The company Vegan Karma has some great gift sets and baskets! They have both bath & body and vegan bakery gift sets, including a Vegan Bakery Holiday Gift Basket.
	Organic Vegan Confections Allison's Gourmet has a great selection of vegan confections, including chocolates & caramels, fudge, chocolate cups & barks, toffee, brittle and even vegan wedding favors!		Recycled Aluminum Pendant The company Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe has some nice jewelry, including this cute goat pendant by vegan artist Christy Robinson. It has the text "It takes strength to be gentle and kind". The chain and clasp are from ethical sources and made in the USA.
	Tapestry Afghan A beautiful 50" x 70" afghan inspired by the animals at Farm Sanctuary. When you order the afghan you will also receive the stories of the featured animals.		Vegan Cookies, Donuts and Brownies Vegan company that sells cookies, donuts and brownies. You can also order products that are sugar free, fat free or wheat free.
	Vegan Perfumes The company Brazil Essentials sells only vegan products, including perfumes. They come in the scents Ginger Orange, Jasmine Rose, Lavender Rose, Lemongrass and Vanilla Lavender.		Holiday Soy Candles Vegan holiday soy candles. Includes scents like "Christmas Tree", "Christmas Mulberry", "Butterscotch", "Apple Cider" and many more!
	Pumpkin Spice Polish The vegan company Lamas Beauty sells wonderful hair and skin care products, including Pumpkin Spice Polish.		Snooty Jewelry Beautiful cruelty-free jewelry, including the cubic zirconia-encrusted sterling silver vegan necklace (see left).
	Organic Vanilla Jojoba Oil A nice massage/hair oil made with organic jojoba and vanilla beans by the vegan company Kindhearted Women. They also sell a nice vegan Vanilla Sugar for the holiday season, made with fair trade vanilla beans.		Vegan Belts The Herbivore Clothing company has some great vegan belts. This belt on the left is described as "like leather, only without the death".
	Cooperative Games Kidbean is a great vegan company. They sell sweatshop-free toys, including a nice selection of cooperative games.		Gourmet Lip Treatment Vegan lip treatment that hydrates without a sticky or greasy feeling. It can be used under lipstick, over lipstick or all by itself. You can get it either unscented or with a lemon flavor.
	Organic Holiday Soaps Holiday soaps in the scents "Peppermint" and "Holiday Spice" by the vegan company Hothouse Botanicals.		Organic Hemp Shoes Waterproof, comfortable and stylish hemp shoes. They will help you to walk the walk while you talk the talk.
